Sentinex Foundation believes that legal and civic information should be understandable and accessible. This focus area supports education about rights, responsibilities, civic participation, legal systems, civil rights, racial bias, discrimination, fairness, and equal treatment.

Current Work

Sentinex develops and supports youth-friendly legal-literacy and civic-education resources and activities that help people better understand rights, legal systems, fairness, and equal treatment. We are also building relationships with libraries and community organizations to expand educational programming.

What We Aim to Build

As this area grows, Sentinex aims to expand legal-literacy workshops, bias-awareness education, and partnerships with qualified attorneys, law firms, legal clinics, schools, civic organizations, and civil-rights organizations.

Our Goals

Our goals are to make legal and civic information easier to understand, expand access to educational resources, encourage informed participation, increase awareness of bias and equal treatment, and develop responsible partnerships.

Why It Matters

Legal and civic systems can be difficult to understand, and unequal access to clear information can create barriers. Sentinex aims to make these concepts more accessible while promoting awareness of civil rights, bias, fairness, and equal treatment.
