Sentinex is a youth-led nonprofit movement confronting the systems that shape opportunity and redesigning them with equity at the core. Headquartered in Montgomery, New Jersey, and operating across the United States and internationally, we work where injustice begins—and where lasting change must occur.
We believe inequities in healthcare, legal systems, economic mobility, and gender rights are deeply interconnected. That’s why Sentinex operates through an integrated, research-driven model that combines community education, advocacy, data analysis, and cross-sector partnerships to create solutions that are measurable, scalable, and built to last.
Founded by CEO Arnav Mittal and led alongside COO Angela Butz, Sentinex represents a new era of social impact: youth-driven yet professionally structured, bold yet evidence-based, lean yet capable of national scale. Our initiatives—from legal equity and health access to workforce development and women’s empowerment—empower communities while challenging the structures that have historically limited access and opportunity.
